Medical Customer Service & Receptionist
We’re hiring a Medical Customer Service & Receptionist. 100% Remote from Colombia. Exceptional customer service skills with a warm, empathetic, and non-judgmental attitude.
- Medical background required (e.g., experience as a Medical Assistant, Medical Secretary, or equivalent).
- 1+ years of hands-on experience in a medical secretarial, administrative, or patient coordinator role. Ideally, in internal medicine, primary care, or a similar outpatient setting.
- Proficiency with eClinicalWorks, Microsoft Office, and virtual tools (Zoom, RingCentral, etc.).
- Knowledge of medical terminology, insurance processes, and HIPAA regulations.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills in a fast-paced remote environment.
